PRESENTATION ON THE PROJECT LE MONASTÈRE DES AUGUSTINES TO BE GIVEN AT PARLONS CULTURE

Le Monastère des Augustines : lieu d’histoire, d’inspiration et de creation (presentation to be given in French)

By Denis Robitaille, Project Manager for the Augustinian Sisters, Catherine Gaumond, Director of Conservation and Museology for the project Le Monastère des Augustines, and Isabelle Duchesneau, General Manager for the project Le Monastère des Augustines.

The talk will present the creative process behind this cultural institution that pays tribute to the work of the Augustinian Sisters. The exchange will deal with, among other things, the various sources of inspiration that guided the development of the project and will explore how the coming together of diverse disciplines allowed for the integration of multiple functions for a single historic site.
