A project that brought people together
Imagining and making Monastère des Augustines a reality required over 20 years of commitment on behalf of the Augustinian sisters and their collaborators. From the beginning, the project benefitted from major mobilization and financial support from several partners, governments, as well as regional and municipal authorities. Their expertise and many studies helped enrich the project. Thank you to all the collaborators who took part, from near and far.

In addition to their extraordinary financial contribution, the Augustinian Sisters entrusted the Hôtel-Dieu de Québec monastery to the people of Quebec through the Fiducie. They are also progressively transfering the collections and archives of their 12 monastery-hospitals.
